Introduction

On Mijnpensioenoverzicht.nl you can see how much pension you have accrued. This gives you insight into your personal financial situation in the future.

At the moment you log in to Mijnpensioenoverzicht.nl with your DigiD, the Pension Register Foundation uses your Citizen Service Number (BSN) to collect your available pension details from the Social Insurance Bank and the pension providers. Together, we ensure that these are displayed as accurately and completely as possible.

The information on the website is expressly not intended to replace the information you receive from the Social Insurance Bank and/or your pension administrator(s).

The Pension Register Foundation is not a financial institution as referred to in the Financial Supervision Act and, by displaying the information on its website, does not give advice. For advice on your pension situation, please contact your pension provider(s), the Social Insurance Bank or a financial adviser.

APPLICABILITY OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms of Use apply to the use of Mijnpensioenoverzicht.nl.

A)The Website

  1. The Mijnpensioenoverzicht.nl website is, with the exception of the situations mentioned in section B of these Terms of Use, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  2. You can only access the website with your DigiD or eIDAS. You do not have a DigiD? Request your DigiD here.
  3. We recommend that you update your security software before logging in to Mijnpensioenoverzicht.nl with your DigiD.
  4. The Social Insurance Bank and pension providers are responsible for providing accurate and complete (pension) data.
  5. Stichting Pensioenregister is responsible for the calculation and display of the total pension entitlements on the website.
  6. All amounts stated on the website are in Euros. The gross annual amounts have been provided by the pension providers and the Social Insurance Bank. The net amounts shown are an indication.
  7. The data provided by the pension providers is an indication of your pension entitlements.
  8. The conditions of the relevant pension scheme always apply and are described in your pension regulations. Do you have any questions or complaints about this? Please contact the relevant pension administrator.

B) Maintenance/faults

  1. Stichting Pensioenregister may at any time, without prior notice, temporarily suspend (parts of) the website for the purpose of carrying out maintenance or eliminating malfunctions.

    Stichting Pensioenregister will endeavour to have such maintenance work carried out at the less usual hours as much as possible.

  2. Stichting Pensioenregister is not liable for any damage, of whatever nature, resulting from inaccessibility of the website.

C) Questions

  1. For substantive questions about your pension entitlements, please contact the relevant pension administrator. The contact details of all pension providers are listed on the website.
  2. For questions about the AOW, contact the Social Insurance Bank.
  3. For questions about the operation of the website, please contact the Servicedesk of mijnpensioenoverzicht.nl. Are you missing any pension providers in your pension statement? Please contact these pension providers. The contact details are listed on the website.

E) Privacy

  1. Data processing via the website takes place under the Pensions Act and the Compulsory Occupational Pension Schemes Act and is in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).

    Pension Register Foundation does not store data except in the following cases:

    • Stichting Pensioenregister uses your BSN to retrieve your pension details from the pension providers. Your BSN is only used for this purpose and is always stored encrypted at Stichting Pensioenregister.
    • Do you and your partner jointly log in to Mijnpensioenoverzicht.nl? Then you both need to log in using DigiD. After you have logged in, your data will be temporarily stored until your partner has also logged in.

    After logging out, the pension data collected is immediately deleted.

  2. You can submit a request to inspect and/or correct your (personal) data to the relevant pension administrator or the Social Insurance Bank.
  3. Stichting Pensioenregister has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your (personal) data.
  4. Stichting Pensioenregister conducts research into the use of the website. No data that can be personally traced back to a user are used for this research.

F) Liability

  1. The amounts shown on Mijnpensioenoverzicht.nl are an indication of your personal financial situation in the future. No rights can therefore be derived from the amounts shown.
  2. Stichting Pensioenregister is not liable for damage of any kind arising from circumstances that are not attributable to Stichting Pensioenregister. Examples of such circumstances include:
    • Loss resulting from actions undertaken based on the information displayed without seeking advice;
    • Loss resulting from temporary unavailability of, or incidents/technical malfunctions affecting, for example, Mijnpensioenoverzicht.nl, the internet or telecommunications networks;
    • Loss resulting from failure to fulfil your personal obligations, including failure to comply with these Terms of Use.
  3. The website contains references to third-party websites. The Pension Register Foundation is not responsible for the content of these websites.

G) Intellectual Property

  1. The intellectual property rights relating to this website, including but not limited to copyright on the texts, photographs, images, etc. placed by Stichting Pensioenregister, are vested in Stichting Pensioenregister, unless otherwise indicated.
  2. You are not permitted to edit, copy and/or in any way make available to third parties (parts of) texts from this website, unless you have obtained written permission from Stichting Pensioenregister or entitled parties. However, you may save or print information on this website for your personal use.

H) Amendments

  1. Stichting Pensioenregister is authorised to change the Terms of Use at any time. You will always find the most recent version of the conditions of use on our website.
